Kokoon Living is a hostel chain based in Kota. The hostel prioritises excellent living over everything else, creating a vibrant environment for all students to study, socialise, and rest.

Pain points

Diversity can occasionally make it difficult for individuals to communicate.

This is one of the main causes of the unease that many students still have with living in hostels.

The competitive environment makes the students develop an extremely one tracked mind

A key component of engaging and forming friends is trust.

Due to excessive competitiveness, pupils may have a tendency to distrust their peers.

Students expressed feeling anxious and stressed due to the high expectations placed upon them

Another significant obstacle is language.

Speaking a language that one doesn’t know might be challenging, but it can also unintentionally create a barrier.
